DPA 4062 Omnidirectional, Low Sensitivity
The 4062 is available in two colors: black and beige.
The DPA 4062 is acoustically identical to the 4060, but the sensitivity is adjusted to match some of the more sensitive transmitters on the market. For a cordless microphone, choose from the adapter system or a hardwired connector.
Applications
The 4062 handles high sound pressure levels and is ideal for drums and brass.
Accessories
By changing the supplied grids (one high boost and one soft boost), you can acoustically modify the mic's response according to placement.

Specifications
Offering great detail and resolution, the 4062 has a neutral sonic character and is very natural sounding. The 4062 has a very low noise floor, impressive sensitivity, and can handle high SPLs. The noise floor is 33 dB(A) re. 20 Pa and, if powered correctly, the microphone can handle sound pressure levels up to 154 dB SPL before clipping occurs.
