• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address unless a valid Blanket Certificate of Resale is provided.
• Blanket Certificate of Resale: If you hold a Blanket Certificate of Resale, please follow these steps to shop sales-tax-free:

   2. Scan and email a copy of your Blanket Certificate of Resale to Email
   3. We will contact you to finalize your application, so you can shop sales-tax-free.

• EZ Automated Checkout Process: Once your Blanket Certificate of Resale is approved, all future orders will have an automated sales tax-free checkout process.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.
• Exchanges: We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through arbitration, they may seek relief in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
