Pricing Policy and Low Price Guarantee
At Professional Sound Services, our
pricing policy is simple - we offer you the lowest price
possible on the highest-quality audio products and
accessories. We back it up with the best Low Price
Guarantee in the business and if that isn't enough,
we'll match anyone else's Low Price Guarantee!
We are able to provide low prices to
our customers by keeping our overhead low and working
closely with our vendors on volume purchasing. Usually
when we have a special price or sale on a certain
product, it's because we've negotiated special, limited
time pricing with our vendors.

great pride in the great values and low prices we offer
our customers. We work diligently to ensure that our
product selection, product availability, reliable
delivery, and superior customer service work together to
create a great shopping experience. We also want our
customers to feel confident that Professional Sound
Services consistently offers great savings. For this
reason, we offer a Low (Total) Price Guarantee.
If you find an identical product
advertised elsewhere for a lower total price (product
price plus shipping and handling fee) within 10 days of
purchase, we will gladly match the total price and issue
you a store credit, good for use on your next purchase,
for the difference. Furthermore, if you purchase a
product from us and we offer it at a lower price within
10 days of your order, let us know and we will be happy
to give you a store credit for the difference.
You are eligible for a price-match
credit if your request meets the following conditions:
- Comparisons must include the
product price plus shipping & handling charges when
calculating the competitor's total advertised price.
- Our Low Price Guarantee applies
only to retailers that have the identical product
in stock and the product is priced accurately.
- Total price match requests must be
submitted within ten (10) days from the date of
purchase at Professional Sound Services.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change
without prior notice. Professional Sound Services
reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing that
appear on the Professional Sound Services Web-Site or in
other materials distributed by Professional Sound
Services. The following procedures shall apply:
- If an item's correct price is lower
than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount
and ship you the item;
- If an item's correct price is
higher than our stated price, we will, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions before
shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.

Professional Sound Services policy is
to charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
Like many companies, Professional Sound Services charges
a restocking fee for most returns. There are many
reasons for this policy, which has the following
benefits for customers:
- Allows PSS to keep prices lower;
given the choice between lower prices or a more
flexible return policy, most customers opt for lower
prices.
