PSC DV SGM-1 Mic Kit
Professional Sound Corporation is proud to introduce our new DV SGM1 microphone.  This new microphone offers truly professional sound quality in a compact, lightweight package.  Designed to offer flat, smooth frequency response and a low self-noise artifact, the new DV SGM1 microphone sets new standards in size, performance and affordability.  The DV SGM1 is perfect for all types of professional audio recording in the field.  Weighing in at a mere 2.7oz (76.6gm), this hyper-cardioid pick-up pattern, compact shotgun microphone provides excellent off-axis sound rejection, superior frequency response and real world ease of use.  It’s ultra light weight design makes it nearly unnoticeable when mounted to a camera.  The DV SGM1 is powered from conventional 48PH microphone Power.

PSC DV ProMix 1

The new PSC DV ProMix 1 combines several features into one flexible audio tool for field production.  The DV ProMix 1 contains a balanced XLR input with switchable 12T or 48PH microphone powering, followed by a very low noise microphone pre-amp with continuously variable gain and switchable low cut filter.

The DV ProMix 1 also incorporates a bright sunlight readable LED peak meter, a transformer balanced line driver and switchable limiters on both the pre-amp and the line driver amplifiers.  In addition, the DV ProMix 1 features a monitor return amplifier with a balanced XLR input and continuously variable gain for flexibility.  Headphone monitoring can be selected from Direct to both ears, Monitor to both ears, or a combination of the two. 
The DV ProMix 1 will also except an optional Boom Pole Remote slide fader like our AlphaMix for easy operation while booming.  Power is provided by two, 9 volt batteries or external 7-16Vdc.  A belt clip is provided.

The PSC DV ProMix 1 can be used for Boom operators feeding DV cams or other types of recorders, or for use as microphone to line amp or as a standalone limiter, or for radio remotes or as a mic power supply and pre-amp or in a host of other ways.

PSC DV ProMix 3
Specifically for the DV Cam market, it has been designed to provide all of the features necessary for today¹s demanding video shoots. Features include balanced XLR mic inputs, very low noise mic pre-amplifiers with switchable gain for line level signals, 48PH microphone power switchable on each input, pan switches on each input, two position low frequency roll off filters on each input, ergonomic fader pots with non-slip rubber knobs, bright sunlight readable, LED meters that are color-coded for easy use, tape/direct confidence monitoring for that your audio is being recorded to tape, 2x 9V battery operation for easy field use and much more. Convenient carry case and strap included.

PSC DV ProMix 6
Professional Sound Corporation's DV ProMix 6 portable audio mixer offers the greatest performance to price ratio of any ENG style mixer in the industry. Perfect for ENG, EFP and reality television production, this new six-channel mixer is designed to provide all of the necessary functions required in today’s production environment. Super quiet pre-amplifiers, true dual camera support, bright, sun-light readable peak program meters, dedicated individual line outputs and ergonomic fader knobs are just a few of the features provided. Each input includes: State of the art, supper low noise pre-amplifiers, two position low cut filters, three-way channel assignment switches (pan switches) and handy pre-fade listen switches.

The DV ProMix 6 also features a reference tone oscillator, slate microphone, switchable output levels and custom made, properly sized, dual output transformers. In addition, the DV ProMix 6 includes a ganging input so two mixers can be connected together for those really complex jobs. The DV ProMix 6 comes complete with a custom-made field bag and padded shoulder strap.

Beachtek DXA-4
Dual XLR adapter that allows you to attach two balanced XLR low impedance sources to your camcorder. Each channel contains a mic/line switch and independent volume controls. The signal is converted to an unbalanced output through an impedance matching transformer. The output signal is sent through an attached shielded cable terminating into a stereo mini-plug that connects to your camcorder's microphone jack. Easily attaches to the under side of a camcorder.

Beachtek DXA-4C
Designed for the Canon XL1 camcorder. Features two balanced XLR inputs, one auxiliary unbalanced mini-jack input, stereo unbalanced phono plug output, separate mic/line level switches for each input and adjustable gain for each channel. Secure mounting to the underside of the camcorder. Can be used in conjunction with the Canon MA-100 adapter. This gives you four discrete balanced XLR inputs at the same time. Sennheiser K6/ME66 Shotgun Microphone
The ME 66 is a short gun microphone capsule designed for use with the K6 and K6P powering modules. It is especially suitable for reporting, film and broadcast location applications and for picking up quiet signals in noisy or acoustically live environments as it discriminates against sound not emanating from the main pick-up direction. Porta-Brace Mini-DV Camera Cases
The MINI-DV CAMERA CASES are for small digital camcorders. The cases are padded with 1" foam for extra protection and covered with 1000 Denier Cordura®. Rycote Softies
Available as a combined windshield and shockmount (70mm diameter) performing as well as a standard windshield. The Softie windshield alone provides a fast, flexible and cost effective solution for ENG on-camera microphones. Constructed of an acoustic foam base covered by a specially designed synthetic fur fabric together with a separate shockmount with its own bracket and either a pistol grip handle or boom adapter. It's available in a large range of sizes to fit most popular microphones.

Lightwave GT10 Boompole

Ambient QL570CM Boompoles
The Booms are made with a lighter 1mm wall thickness woven carbon fiber tubing. The aluminum screwlocks have been reduced in size. The booms are still very strong and can stand up to the rigors of video ENG work. They are available in 4 or 5 segment versions allowing longer booms to fit in flight cases. Rycote Lavaliere Windjammers
The Rycote Lavalier Windjammer (Furry) is designed to be used on Lavalier microphones worn on the outside of clothing. The fur covering is manufactured so that the opening can be stretched to accommodate the microphone and fit snugly around the cable. To ensure a proper fit, removable foam inserts, designed to hold many popular sized Lavaliere microphones, are provided and to also provide the air space required to make the Windjammer effective. In some instances it may be preferred to use the windscreen that comes with the Lavalier microphone, which can also be accommodated.
