PSC Press Bridge
Perfect for audio distribution at press conferences, premieres, sporting events and more. Provides 3 inputs and 12 outputs that are transformer isolated and balanced at microphone level. Features two microphone levels and one line level input, each with independent level controls, V.U. meter and a reference oscillator (400Hz) for setup tones. Can add up to 120 additional outputs via PSC Press Train modules (each with 12 outputs), which may be remotely located up to 500' in length. Housed in a rugged aluminum case that includes a carry handle. Operates from either two 9V alkaline batteries for more than 12 hours or indefinitely from any external source of 9 to 18Vdc.
 

PSC Press Train
Portable, passive audio distribution box designed for use at press conferences. One line level input, 12 balanced microphone level outputs used in conjunction with the PSC Press Bridge or any professional balanced line level source. Features two-line level loop through connectors (standard XLR) that are used to daisy chain up to 10 modules without loss of sound quality. Includes a high quality Sifam V.U. meter for level and monitoring purposes.
 

PSC Balanced Distribution Amp
Ideal for situations such as audio feeds for video assists, press conferences, truck remotes, split feed to multiple recorders and more. Portable and battery powered design provides three electronically balanced isolated outputs. Each of the outputs have individual volume controls and feature a flat frequency response with a distortion level of only 0.01%. Powered by one 9V battery or an external DC source of 6 to 18 VDC.
 

Sound Devices HX-3
Compact stereo headphone amplifier for studio and field production. Includes three isolated headphone outputs with individual volume controls, +/- 15 volt audio rails for 120 dB dynamic range, and peak LED's per output. Includes balanced XLR inputs or unbalanced 1/4 and 1/8 connectors. Loop-out feature enables linking multiple HX-3's. Battery (two AA) or external DC powered.

Line Driver / HP Monitor

Highly versatile and portable, Sound Devices' MM-1 is a single-channel, portable microphone preamplifier with a powerful headphone monitoring function. Proven in mission-critical applications, the high-performance microphone preamplifier uses a transformer-balanced input and output with a bipolar ±15 volt power supply to produce low-noise, low-distortion gain at all switch positions. It features an "unclippable" dual-stage limiter and two-position high-pass filter. Flexible microphone powering provides phantom power at 48 volts or 12 volts and 12-volt T-power. It is powered from two-AA batteries or external 5-18 VDC.
The MM-1 is at home in high-definition television production, corporate/industrial environments, radio/television announce booths, and music production. Its headphone monitor is an advantage in applications where communications channels or mix-minus feeds need to be monitored in headphones. The user can monitor both microphone audio and external audio sources in headphones with level control.

A VU meter provides a visual indication of activity, and a built-in sine oscillator provides a signal for level-cueing during set-up. Also provided is a headphone output with level control.
 

Whirlwind IMP Splitter 1x3
For use in splitting one low impedance input into three low impedance outputs. Input impedance 150ohms. Uses the TRSP-1 transformer to provide one direct and two isolated outputs. Output impedance 150ohms. Each transformer isolated output on the devise is provided with a ground lift switch. Operating level -50dB to -10dB.

Whirlwind Line Balancer Splitter
For use in isolating, splitting and balancing line level signals. Both XLR female and 1/4" TRS connectors are provided for signal input. Input impedance 600ohms. Male XLR connectors are for signal output. Output impedance 600ohms in isolation mode and 150ohms in splitting mode. The compact device has two output modes, isolation and splitting. Isolation mode gives one direct and one isolated output. Splitting mode gives two transformer isolated outputs. Operating level -10dB to +26dB.
 

Whirlwind Director
Direct box that converts a line, instrument or speaker level signal to a low impedance mic level. The input is Hi-Z bridging. Includes a 30dB pad switch for selecting line/instrument or speaker level, a switchable low pass roll-off filter to eliminate amplifier noise, and a ground lift switch on the Lo-Z output.
